Clear recommendations: what is relevant, what remains unclear, what investigations make sense.
Structured PDF after the consultation — also useful for your local doctor.
Many patients come to me after they have already received several opinions. The goal of the consultation is not another opinion, but a structured assessment of your situation and a concrete plan for the next steps — documented, in English or German, for you and your local doctor.
Every consultation is an individual specialist consultation — not a standardised telemedicine product. Formats differ in depth, preparation and scope of the written report.
Choose the model that fits and complete the booking.
If available, send findings, lab results or previous treatment plans.
Secure video appointment with Dr. Wagner. No physical examination takes place.
Within 48 hours you receive a structured PDF by email.
You will be redirected to our booking partner Doctena.
After every consultation you receive two structured PDF documents: an accessible summary for yourself and a specialist report for your local doctor. Both samples are anonymised.
